Phase 1 Interceptive Orthodontics focuses on early correction of bite, teeth alignment, airway, and oral habits in children aged 6-10. Lasting 6-18 months, it lays the foundation for a smoother, less invasive Phase 2 treatment in adolescence, reducing risks like impacted canines, jaw surgery, or extractions.
